Bihu Park (碧湖公園)

Bihu Park is a popular place in Neihu to stroll in the afternoon and on weekends.

With the small lake, some small nearby mountains, and a few tall buildings surrounding the lake, Bihu offers a simple yet peaceful backdrop to a sunset. On a clear day, the reflection of the colors of the sunset in the water is not bad.

You can easily make your way around the lake in less than half an hour. There are benches, viewpoints overlooking the lake, and a little bridge that’s good for photography. Even though Bihu Park can get pretty crowded, you’ll have plenty of angles to see the sunset.

Bihu is one of the easier options to get to in the slightly out-of-the-way Neihu. From MRT Wende Station on the Brown Line, you can get to the park by foot in a couple of minutes.

There are also buses that stop at or near the park, such as the 214 or Neihu Main Line, where you get off at the Wende Station (Bihu Park) stop.

Finally, there’s plenty of street parking next to the park.
